Jean Harmison

Founder

Jean Harmison is the founder and owner of Club Management Services and HOA Management Solutions. As the founder, our team looks to her for guidance but also her positive outlook on everything.

Every top-of-the-line team needs a person that is laser focused on accuracy. Kim Pittman is that person for CMS and HOAMS. She is ever ready to cross every “t” and dot every “i”, as well as investigate where a number comes from.

Philanthropy plays an important part in our goals to be responsible citizens on a local, state, and national level. It allows us to connect with people and make a positive difference within the communities we live and manage. We contribute our time and effort to charitable organizations that are personal to our team and make a difference in practical ways with those in need receiving our contributions most directly. Some of the organizations we’ve contributed our assets to include MS Association, Association of Women in Communications Advancement Fund, Council of Churches, Humane Society, Sertoma, and The Springfield Regional Arts Council.
